I purchased a copy of startpal along with a Geometrics G858 20 years ago.
I am trying to run a more modern GPS [ Nav 500] without corrections, but there are some issues. I believe I can configure the second data stream for a navigation device & would like to know if the StarPal option will accept the input & over a MI created point & linework as a visual navigation display

The answer to the question is yes, StarPal HGIS GPS Mapping Software for Windows can be installed on a Trimble Nomad WM5 platform.
